Rotator
The V.D.R laboratory rotator prevents sedimentation of materials in solutions, featuring multi-directional movement. It is suitable for biological and microbiological tests.
Description
The V.D.R laboratory rotator, or serology shaker, is equipped with a rectangular flat surface that moves in various directions to prevent sedimentation of materials in solutions placed on it. The rotator plate moves back and forth at suitable angles and for sufficient durations to avoid the settling of solids in mixtures. This device is commonly used for biological and microbiological testing. When uniform mixing of a solution is necessary in the laboratory, the rotator is employed. The rotator can operate in linear, oscillating, or Erlenmeyer flask modes.
